Sean Workowski of Frith Anderson + Peake and Irvine Reaves of Allen, Allen, Allen, & Allen will discuss ethical scenarios that arise when an attorney is dealing with a third party (someone other than their client) on both the civil defense side (Mr. Workowski) and the civil plaintiff’s side (Mr. Reaves). They will also discuss third-party ethical situations common to all attorneys, offering hypotheticals and walking participants through the Rules of Professional Conduct and Legal Ethics Opinions applicable to the hypotheticals.
