Jeffrey H. Geiger, Esq., and Cullen D. Seltzer, Esq., of Sands Anderson will present ethical highlights from this past year, including information about recent and proposed amendments to the Rules of Professional Conduct, cautionary tales for the civil, criminal and government practitioner, and tips on how not to engage in settlement negotiations courtesy of an insurance coverage case arising out of California.
The 2 CLE hours are on Zoom and have been approved for live credit with Q&A. This program has also been approved for 2 ethics hours.
This event is free to members. Non-members are welcome to attend for only $50.00.
